Q: What sizes do you carry?
A: We carry a wide range of Girl’s sizes starting at Newborn and going up to a 10/12. We occasionally offer a 14/16 depending on the Brand and the Collection. We also carry Women’s sizes in our “Mommy & Me” collections.
Boy’s sizes start at Newborn and typically end around 5/6.
Q: Why don’t you have multiple sizes of each collection?
A: We want everyone to feel special and unique so we typically do not order a lot of sizes for each collection. If you see something that you really like but we don’t have your size, we are always happy to see if we can reorder for you.
Q: What are your hours?
A: Our “regular” schedule is usually 11am-6pm Thursday through Sunday. Unfortunately, between Virtual Learning, Covid Restrictions and being a Husband/Wife team, that schedule is subject to change. We highly suggest checking out our Facebook Page or calling if you are unsure. We hope to resume a normal schedule soon.
Q: Do you accept Returns or Exchanges?
A: Absolutely! We accept returns and/or exchanges within 10 days of purchase unless we have personally made an exception due to a case by case basis. Receipts are required for any returns or exchanges.
Q: Do you offer Free Shipping?
A: We happily offer Free Shipping on any purchase over $50. We also offer Local Pickup and Delivery Options. *with Restrictions*
Q: I work opposite hours and am unable to shop while you’re open...help!
A: Customer Service is our top priority so we are always happy to help in any way that we can! We understand the need for flexibility, especially right now. Call us, message us or email us and we will work with you if that means opening the store for a personal shopping experience, virtual shopping appointments, etc. and you can always shop our Online Boutique right here 24/7/365!
